Assistance to Disabled Travellers The Centres for Assistance to Disabled Travellers (CAD) present at 255 stations can, on the traveller's request, organise assistance for the journey in the departure and arrival stations. There is a single contact number from anywhere in Italy - 199-30-30-60 - every day (including Sundays and Bank Holidays) from 7.00 to 21.00. Assistance for disabled travellers is guaranteed following agreement with an Assistance Centre. You must arrive at the station 30 minutes before departure of the train.
